Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a compressor (1) having at least one metal diaphragm bellows (16), forming a positive displacement chamber, for compressing and/or for conveying gases, comprising a housing in which a drive and the metal diaphragm bellows (16), and a coupling element that connects the drive and the metal diaphragm bellows (16), are arranged, an internal volume of the housing being hermetically sealed against the surroundings of the compressor (1). The compressor (1) is characterised in that an internal pressure (pi) can be applied to the internal volume of the housing by the gas to be compressed and/or to be conveyed, or by a different medium. The invention further relates to a method for operating a compressor (1) of this type.
(FR) L'invention concerne un compresseur (1) comprenant au moins un soufflet à membrane métallique (16) formant un espace de déplacement destiné à comprimer et/ou à refouler des gaz, possédant un carter dans lequel sont disposés un mécanisme d'entraînement et le soufflet à membrane métallique (16) ainsi qu'un élément de couplage qui relie le mécanisme d'entraînement et le soufflet à membrane métallique (16). Un volume interne du carter est rendu hermétiquement étanche par rapport à un environnement du compresseur (1). Le compresseur (1) est caractérisé en ce que le volume interne du carter peut être soumis à une pression interne (pi) par le gaz à comprimer et/ou à refouler ou un autre fluide. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fonctionnement d'un compresseur (1) de ce type.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verdichter (1) mit mindestens einem Verdrängungsraum-bildenden Metall-Membranbalg (16) zur Verdichtung und/oder zum Fördern von Gasen, aufweisend ein Gehäuse, in dem ein Antrieb und der Metall-Membranbalg (16), sowie ein den Antrieb und den Metall-Membranbalg (16) verbindendes Koppelelement angeordnet sind, wobei ein Innenvolumen des Gehäuses hermetisch gegenüber einer Umgebung des Verdichters (1) abgedichtet ist. Der Verdichter (1) zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Innenvolumen des Gehäuses durch das zu verdichtende und/oder zu fördernde Gas oder ein anderes Medium mit einem Innendruck (pi) beaufschlagbar ist. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Betriebsverfahren für einen derartigen Verdichter (1).
