Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a focusing module (13) for a machine (1) for machining workpieces and/or for producing shaped articles by location-selective solidification of material powder to form contiguous regions by means of a laser beam. The focusing module (13) comprises a substantially cylindrical carrier housing and focusing optics (14). According to the invention the focusing module (13) comprises fastening means (16) for releasably fastening the focusing module (13) to a laser machining head (2) of the machine (1).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un module de focalisation (13) destiné à une machine (1) pour l'usinage de pièces et/ou pour la fabrication de corps façonnés par solidification d’un matériau pulvérulent à des emplacements sélectifs au niveau de zones contiguës au moyen d'un faisceau laser. Le module de focalisation (13) comprend un boîtier de support sensiblement cylindrique et une optique de focalisation (14). Selon l'invention, le module de focalisation (13) présente des moyens de fixation (16) permettant de fixer le module de focalisation (13) sur une tête d'usinage laser (2) de la machine (1) de manière amovible.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Fokussiermodul (13) für eine Maschine (1) zum Bearbeiten von Werkstücken und/oder zum Herstellen von Formkörpern durch ortsselektives Verfestigen von Werkstoffpulver zu zusammenhängenden Bereichen mittels eines Laserstrahls. Das Fokussiermodul (13) umfasst einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Trägergehäuse und eine Fokussieroptik (14). Erfindungsgemäß weist das Fokussiermodul (13) Befestigungsmittel (16) zum lösbaren Befestigen des Fokussiermoduls (13) an einem Laserbearbeitungskopf (2) der Maschine (1) auf.
