Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an optical module (2) for a machine (1) for machining workpieces and/or for producing molded bodies by way of location-selective solidification of material powder into contiguous regions by means of a laser beam. The optical module (2) comprises a housing (8) having means for releasably fastening the optical module (2) to the machine (1), and a collimation optics changer (3) releasably arranged in the housing (8), having at least two collimation optics (4), which can be moved into a beam path of the laser beam for collimating the laser beam. According to the invention, the collimation optics changer (3) has a mechanism for automatically changing the collimation optics (4).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un module optique (2) destiné à une machine (1) pour l'usinage de pièces et/ou pour la fabrication de corps façonnés par solidification d’un matériau pulvérulent à des emplacements sélectifs au niveau de zones contiguës au moyen d'un faisceau laser. Le module optique (2) comprend un boîtier (8) pourvu de moyens permettant de fixer le module optique (2) à la machine (1) de manière amovible et un changeur d’optique de collimation (3) qui est disposé de manière amovible dans le boîtier (8) et qui comprend au moins deux optiques de collimation (4) mobiles sur un chemin optique du faisceau laser pour collimater le faisceau laser. Selon l'invention, le changeur d’optique de collimation (3) présente un mécanisme permettant de changer automatiquement l’optique de collimation (4).
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Optikmodul (2) für eine Maschine (1) zum Bearbeiten von Werkstücken und/oder zum Herstellen von Formkörpern durch ortsselektives Verfestigen von Werkstoffpulver zu zusammenhängenden Bereichen mittels eines Laserstrahls. Das Optikmodul (2) umfasst ein Gehäuse (8) mit Mitteln zum lösbaren Befestigen des Optikmoduls (2) an der Maschine (1) und einen lösbar im Gehäuse (8) angeordneten Kollimationsoptikwechsler (3) mit mindestens zwei in einen Strahlengang des Laserstrahls bewegbaren Kollimationsoptiken (4) zum Kollimieren des Laserstrahls. Erfindungsgemäß weist der Kollimationsoptikwechsler (3) einen Mechanismus zum automatischen Wechseln der Kollimationsoptik (4) auf.
