Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to moisture curing polyurethane hot-melt adhesives having good bonding on polar substrates, in particular on metal substrates. The adhesive composition comprises a first reaction product RP1 obtainable by reacting a first reaction mixture comprising at least one polyol PO and at least one polyisocyanate P and a second reaction product RP2 obtainable by reacting a second reaction mixture comprising at least one monoisocyanate Ml and at least one isocyanate reactive silane SI containing only one isocyanate reactive group selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, mercapto group and amino group. The invention is also related to a method for producing the adhesive composition, to use of the adhesive composition as an assembly adhesive, laminating adhesive, or as adhesive for building of sandwich elements, and to a method for producing a composite element using the adhesive composition of the present invention.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des adhésifs thermofusibles en polyuréthane durcissant à l’humidité présentant une bonne liaison aux substrats polaires, en particulier aux substrats métalliques. La composition adhésive comprend un premier produit réactionnel RP1 pouvant être obtenu par la réaction d’un premier mélange réactionnel comprenant au moins un polyol PO et au moins un polyisocyanate P et un second produit réactionnel RP2 pouvant être obtenu par la réaction d’un second mélange réactionnel comprenant au moins un monoisocyanate M1 et au moins un silane réactif avec les groupes isocyanates SI contenant uniquement un groupe réactif isocyanate sélectionné dans le groupe constitué d’un groupe hydroxyle, d’un groupe mercapto et d’un groupe amino. L’invention concerne également un procédé de production de la composition adhésive, l’utilisation de la composition adhésive comme adhésif d’assemblage, adhésif de stratification, ou comme adhésif pour la construction d’éléments en sandwich, et un procédé de production d’un élément composite utilisant la composition adhésive de la présente invention.
