Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device (1) for hot gas welding. Said device (1) comprises: at least one first holder (2) for holding a first component (3); optionally: a second holder (4) for holding a second component (5), the second holder (4) being arrangeable parallel to the first holder (2); and an application unit (6), the application unit (6) being arrangeable above the first holder (2) and optionally between the first (2) and the second holder (4) and comprising at least one hot gas nozzle (7). At least one fixing element (8a, 8b) is arranged on the application unit (6). The invention also relates to a method for producing a hybrid component (10) and to the use of an application unit (6).
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif (1) de soudage au gaz chauffant. Le dispositif (1) comprend : au moins un premier support (2) destiné à supporter un premier composant (3) ; éventuellement : un deuxième support (4) destiné à supporter un deuxième composant (5), le deuxième support (4) pouvant être agencé parallèlement au premier (2) ; une unité d’application (6), l’unité d’application (6) pouvant être agencée au-dessus du premier support (2) et éventuellement entre le premier (2) et le deuxième support (4) et comprenant au moins une buse de gaz chauffant (7). Au moins un élément de fixation (8a, 8b) est agencé au niveau de l’unité d’application (6). L’invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d’un composant hybride (10) ainsi que l’utilisation d'une unité d’application (6).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Heissgas- Schweissen. Die Vorrichtung (1) umfasst: mindestens eine erste Halterung (2) zum Halten eines ersten Bauteils (3); optional: eine zweite Halterung (4) zum Halten eines zweiten Bauteils (5), wobei die zweite Halterung (4) parallel zur ersten (2) anordenbar ist;eine Auftragseinheit (6), wobei die Auftragseinheit (6) über der ersten Halterung (2) und optional zwischen der ersten (2) und der zweiten Halterung (4) anordenbar istund mindestens eine Heissgasdüse (7) umfasst. Mindestens ein Fixierelement (8a, 8b) ist an der Auftragseinheit (6) angeordnet. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Hybridbauteils (10) sowie die Verwendung einer Auftragseinheit (6).
