Abstract:
(EN) Differential sampling circuits may be adversely affected by changes in common mode voltage. Changes in the common mode voltage may alter the on resistance of transistor switches which it turn may mean that small signal changes are not correctly observed against a bigger common mode signal. The present disclosure relates to a way of improving the ability to resolve small differential signal changes by varying the supply or drive voltage to a component to compensate for common mode voltage changes.
(FR) Des circuits d'échantillonnage différentiels peuvent être affectés négativement par des changements de tension en mode commun. Les changements de la tension en mode commun peuvent modifier la résistance à l'état passant de commutateurs de transistor, ce qui signifie que de petits changements de signal ne sont pas correctement observés par rapport à un signal de mode commun plus grand. La présente invention concerne une manière d'améliorer la capacité à résoudre des petits changements de signaux différentiels en faisant varier la tension d'alimentation ou d'excitation à un composant pour compenser des changements de tension en mode commun.
