Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a heating module (10) and a primary reflector for a heating module of a heating duct in a moulding machine for producing containers from preforms, in which heating module thermoplastic preforms are heated, said primary reflector being provided between tubular heating devices, which run parallel on a side wall (11, 12) of the heating module, are arranged one above the other and emit infrared radiation, and the side wall and consisting of ceramic material. The heating module is characterised in that the primary reflector (16) is connected to the side wall (41) by means of a dovetail connection, wherein respective dovetail-type connecting regions (52, 52') are formed on the reflector (51, 51'), each region being securable by a clip (42) fixed to the side wall and made of steel, more particularly spring steel, with dimensions matching the dovetail.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module de chauffage et un réflecteur principal destiné à un module de chauffage d'un canal de chauffage d'une machine de moulage destinée à la fabrication de récipients à partir de préformes, module dans lequel des préformes en matière synthétique thermoplastique sont chauffés et qui est prévu entre des moyens de chauffage tubulaires, disposés parallèlement les uns au-dessus des autres au niveau d'une paroi latérale du module de chauffage et émettant un rayonnement infrarouge, et la paroi latérale et qui est en matériau céramique. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le réflecteur principal est relié par une liaison en queue d'aronde à la paroi latérale. Une zone de liaison se présentant sous la forme d'une queue d'aronde est formée au niveau du réflecteur, laquelle zone de liaison peut être fixée par un raccord en acier, notamment en acier à ressort, qui est fixé à la paroi latérale et dont les dimensions sont adaptées à celle de la queue d'aronde.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Heizmodul (10) und einen Hauptreflektor für ein Heizmodul eines Heizkanals einer Formmaschine zur Herstellung von Behältern aus Vorformlingen, in dem Vorformlinge aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff erwärmt werden, der zwischen an einer Seitenwand (11, 12) des Heizmoduls parallel und übereinander angeordneten röhrenförmigen Heizeinrichtungen, die Infrarotstrahlung abgeben, und der Seitenwand vorgesehen ist und aus keramischen Material besteht, und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptreflektor (16) über eine Schwalbenschwanzverbindung mit der Seitenwand (41) verbunden ist, wobei an dem Reflektor (51, 51') jeweils ein Verbindungsbereich (52, 52') in Form eines Schwalbenschwanzes ausgebildet ist, der jeweils mit einer an der Seitenwand befestigen Spange (42) aus Stahl, insbesondere Federstahl, mit an den Schwalbenschwanz angepassten Abmessungen fixierbar ist.
