Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method and a molding station for producing containers (12), which are filled with a liquid filler, from preforms (14) made of a thermoplastic material. Each preform (14) is thermally conditioned and subsequently molded into the container (12) and filled with at least one liquid filler which is supplied to the preform under pressure as a pressure medium during a molding and filling phase in a multi-part mold (205) of a molding station (16). The preform (14) is preferably at least temporarily guided and stretched in the axial direction by a stretching rod (209) during the molding process of the preform into the container (12), and the mold (205) is converted from a closed state into an open state in order to repeatedly supply a preform (14) and/or subsequently remove a completely molded container (12). The molding process of the preform into the container (12) is carried out against the mold inner wall (219) when the mold (205) is closed. The invention is characterized in that a step of removing liquid from the mold (205) is carried out at least temporarily between chronologically successive supplying processes, in particular starting with the conversion of the mold (205) from the closed state into the open state. The invention additionally relates to a working wheel comprising such molding stations and to a device comprising such a working wheel.

(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Umformstation zur Herstellung von mit einem flüssigen Füllgut gefüllten Behältern (12) aus Vorformlingen (14) aus einem thermoplastischen Material, wobei der jeweilige Vorformling (14) thermisch konditioniert und anschließend während einer Umform- und Füllphase in einer mehrteilig ausgebildeten Form (205) einer Umformstation (16) mit wenigstens einem unter einem Druck in den Vorformling zugeführten flüssigen Füllgut als Druckmedium in den Behälter (12) umgeformt und gefüllt wird, wobei der Vorformling (14) während seiner Umformung in den Behälter (12) vorzugsweise mindestens zeitweilig durch eine Reckstange (209) geführt und in Achsrichtung gestreckt wird, wobei die Form (205) für ein sich wiederholendes Beschicken mit einem Vorformling (14) und für die anschließende Entnahme eines fertig umgeformten Behälters (12) aus einem geschlossenen Zustand in einen geöffneten Zustand überführbar ist, wobei die Umformung in den Behälter (12) bei geschlossener Form (205) gegen die Forminnenwand (219) erfolgt, und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen zeitlich aufeinanderfolgenden Beschickungsvorgängen wenigstens zeitweise ein Verfahrensschritt des Entfernens von Flüssigkeit aus der Form (205) ausgeführt wird, insbesondere beginnend mit der Überführung der Form (205) aus dem geschlossenen in den geöffneten Zustand. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Arbeitsrad mit solchen Umformstationen und eine Vorrichtung mit einem solchen Arbeitsrad.
