Abstract:
(EN) The invention provides a single-stranded oligonucleotide (ssON) for use in preventing or treating an influenza virus infection in a subject, wherein the single-stranded oligonucleotide is one that inhibits endocytosis. The invention also provides a single-stranded oligonucleotide (ssON) that comprises or consists of a polynucleotide having a sequence sharing at least 60% sequence identity with a sequence of any one of SEQ ID NOs: 13-21 listed in Table 1, or a complementary sequence thereof.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un oligonucléotide simple brin (ssON) destiné à être utilisé dans la prévention ou le traitement d'une infection par le virus de la grippe chez un sujet, l'oligonucléotide simple brin étant un oligonucléotide qui inhibe l'endocytose. L'invention concerne également un oligonucléotide simple brin (ssON) qui comprend ou consiste en un polynucléotide ayant une séquence partageant au moins 60 % d'identité de séquence avec une séquence de l'une quelconque des SEQ ID NO : 13 à 21 répertoriées dans le tableau 1, ou une séquence complémentaire associée
