Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for bio-printing a three-dimensional biological structure containing living cells having at least two different materials for the bio-printing. Said method is distinguished by the fact that, in at least one step, one of the materials for printing is applied or introduced by printing droplets (drop-on-demand) printing. In particular, this method is suitable for printing tissue structures, including those which have supply structures. Such structures are in particular cardiac structures, liver structures, kidney structures, alveolar structures, skin structures or neural structures. The invention further relates to a biological three-dimensional structure thus obtainable. Finally, the invention relates to the use of a three-dimensional structure according to the invention as a tissue model, in particular as a model for tissue genesis, for example suitable for testing therapy forms or for the stratification of a therapy or for testing or identifying active substance candidates.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à la bio-impression d'une structure biologique tridimensionnelle contenant des cellules vivantes à l'aide d'au moins deux matériaux différents destinés à la bio-impression. Le procédé se caractérise en ce que, dans au moins une étape, l'un des matériaux destinés à l'impression est appliqué ou incorporé par une impression du type gouttes à la demande. En particulier, le procédé se prête à l'impression de structures tissulaires, y compris celles qui comportent des structures d'alimentation. De telles structures sont en particulier des structures cardiaques, des structures hépatiques, des structures rénales, des structures alvéolaires, des structures cutanées ou des structures neuronales. Selon un autre aspect, l'invention concerne une structure tridimensionnelle biologique ainsi obtenue. Enfin, la présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'une structure tridimensionnelle en tant que modèle tissulaire, en particulier en tant que modèle destiné à la genèse tissulaire, par exemple se prêtant à l'analyse de formes de traitement ou à la stratification d'un traitement ou à l'analyse ou à l'identification de substances actives candidates.
(DE) Die vorliegende Anmeldung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Biodrucken einer dreidimensionalen biologischen Struktur enthaltend lebende Zellen mit mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Materialien zum Biodrucken. Dieses Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass in mindestens einem Schritt eines der Materialien zum Drucken durch Drucken von Tropfen (drop-on-demand) Drucken aufgebracht oder eingebracht wird. Insbesondere eignet sich dieses Verfahren zum Drucken von Gewebestrukturen einschließlich solchen, die Versorgungsstrukturen aufweisen. Solche Strukturen sind insbesondere Kardiostrukturen, Leberstrukturen, Nierenstrukturen, Alveolenstrukturen, Hautstrukturen oder neuronale Strukturen. In einem weiteren Aspekt wird eine so erhältliche biologische dreidimensionale Struktur beschrieben. Schließlich betrifft die vorliegende Anmeldung die Verwendung einer dreidimensionalen erfindungsgemäßen Struktur als Gewebemodell, insbesondere als Modell zur Gewebegenese zum Beispiel geeignet zur Testung von Therapieformen oder zur Stratifizierung einer Therapie oder zum Testen oder Identifizieren von Wirkstoffkandidaten.
