Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to proteases comprising an amino acid sequence which has at least 70 % sequence identity to the amino acid sequence given in SEQ ID No.1 over its entire length, and (a) an amino acid substitution on the position corresponding to the position 271, and (b1) at least one other amino acid substitution on at least one of the positions corresponding to the positions 18, 61, 92, 99, 137, 149, 156, 159, 162, 166, 172, 192, 199, 217 or 265; and/or (b2) an amino acid substitution on the position corresponding to the position 9, and another amino acid substitution on at least one position corresponding to the positions 29, 48, 101, 130, 31, 133, 144, 217, 224 and 252. The invention also relates to the production and use thereof. Said type of proteases have a very good cleaning performance.
(FR) L'invention concerne des protéases comprenant une séquence d'acides aminés qui est identique à au moins 70 % à la séquence d'acides aminés indiquée dans SEQ ID NO : 1 sur toute sa longueur, et présentant (a) à la position qui correspond à la position 271, une substitution d'acides aminés, (b1) à au moins une des positions qui correspondent aux positions 18, 61, 92, 99, 137, 149, 156, 159, 162, 166, 172, 192, 199, 217 ou 265, au moins une autre substitution d'acides aminés; et/ou (b2) à la position qui correspond à la position 9, une substitution d'acides aminés et à au moins une position qui correspond aux positions 29, 48, 101, 130, 31, 133, 144, 217, 224 et 252, une autre substitution d'acides aminés. L'invention concerne également leur production et leur utilisation. De telles protéases présentent de très bonnes performances de nettoyage.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft Proteasen umfassend eine Aminosäuresequenz, die mindestens 70% Sequenzidentität mit der in SEQ ID NO:1 angegebenen Aminosäuresequenz über deren Gesamtlänge aufweist und (a) an der Position, die der Position 271 entspricht, eine Aminosäuresubstitution; und (b1) an mindestens einer der Positionen, die den Positionen 18, 61, 92, 99, 137, 149, 156, 159, 162, 166, 172, 192, 199, 217 oder 265 entsprechen, mindestens eine weitere Aminosäuresubstitution; und/oder (b2) an der Position, die der Position 9 entspricht, eine Aminosäuresubstitution sowie an mindestens einer Position, die den Positionen 29, 48, 101, 130, 31, 133, 144, 217, 224 und 252 entsprechen, eine weitere Aminosäuresubstitution aufweisen, sowie deren Herstellung und Verwendung. Derartige Proteasen zeigen eine sehr gute Reinigungsleistung.
