Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to proteases comprising an amino acid sequence which has at least 70% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence given in SEQ ID No.1 over its entire length, and (a) amino acid substitutions on the positions corresponding to the positions 9 and 271 relating in each case to the numbering according to SEQ ID No. 1, and (b) an amino acid substitution on at least one of the positions corresponding to the positions 29, 48, 101, 30, 131, 133, 144, 224 or 252, relating in each case to the numbering according to SEQ ID No.1. The invention also relates to the production and use thereof. Said type of proteases have a very good cleaning performance.
(FR) L'invention concerne des protéases comprenant une séquence d'acides aminés identique à au moins 70% à la séquence d'acides aminés indiquée dans SEQ ID NO:1, sur toute sa longueur, et présentant (a) des substitutions d'acides aminés aux positions correspondant aux positions 9 et 271, respectivement par rapport à la numération selon SEQ ID NO:1, et (b) une substitution d’acides aminés à au moins une des positions correspondant aux positions 29, 48, 101, 30, 131, 133, 144, 224 ou 252, respectivement par rapport à la numération selon SEQ ID NO:1. L'invention concerne également leur fabrication et leur utilisation. De telles protéases présentent de très bonnes performances de nettoyage.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft Proteasen umfassend eine Aminosäuresequenz, die mindestens 70% Sequenzidentität mit der in SEQ ID NO:1 angegebenen Aminosäuresequenz über deren Gesamtlänge aufweist und (a) Aminosäuresubstitutionen an den Positionen, die den Positionen 9 und 271, jeweils bezogen auf die Nummerierung gemäß SEQ ID NO:1, entsprechen, und (b) die eine Aminosäuresubstitution an mindestens einer der Positionen, die den Positionen 29, 48, 101, 30, 131, 133, 144, 224 oder 252, jeweils bezogen auf die Nummerierung gemäß SEQ ID NO:1, entsprechen, aufweisen sowie deren Herstellung und Verwendung. Derartige Proteasen zeigen eine sehr gute Reinigungsleistung.
