Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an electric arc wire burner having two wire feed channels (20, 21) which are arranged in a common plane and guide the wires (23, 24) to an electric arc (22). A nozzle (27) which is stationary relative to the electric arc (22) and also relative to the arm (11) produces a jet which entrains melting metal droplets and intersects the axis of rotation (16) of the electric arc wire burner. The distance (A) between the electric arc (22) and the axis of rotation (16) is preferably at least a third, more preferably at least half as great as the radius (RBr) of the burner and/or the radius (RBo) of the bore to be coated.
(FR) Le brûleur arc-fil selon l'invention présente deux canaux d'alimentation en fil (20, 21) disposés dans un plan commun, qui amènent les fils (23, 24) à un arc électrique (22). Une buse (27) fixe par rapport à l'arc électrique (22) et par rapport au bras (11) produit un faisceau qui entraîne des gouttelettes métalliques en cours de fonte et coupe l'axe de rotation (16) du brûleur arc-fil. La distance (A) entre l'arc électrique (22) et l'axe de rotation (16) est de préférence au moins égale à un tiers, de préférence au moins égale à la moitié du rayon (RBr) du brûleur et/ou du rayon (RBo) du trou à revêtir.
(DE) Der erfindungsgemäße Lichtbogendrahtbrenner weist zwei in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnete Drahtzuführungskanäle (20, 21) auf, die Drähte (23, 24) zu einem Lichtbogen (22) führen. Eine bezüglich des Lichtbogens (22) sowie bezüglich des Auslegers (11) ortsfeste Düse (27) erzeugt einen Strahl, der abschmelzende Metalltröpfchen mitnimmt und die Drehachse (16) des Lichtbogendrahtbrenners schneidet. Der Abstand (A) zwischen dem Lichtbogen (22) und der Drehachse (16) ist dabei vorzugsweise wenigstens ein Drittel, weiter vorzugsweise wenigstens halb so groß wie der Radius (RBr) des Brenners und/oder der Radius (RBo) der zu beschichtenden Bohrung.
