Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for impregnating at least one portion of an electrical machine (M) comprising a winding and electrical sheets, by immersing said portion in a bath of an impregnating substance (I) capable of gelling when hot, characterised in that an alternating or pulsed electrical current is circulated through the winding while it is immersed, said current varying over time so as to create vibrations that favour the discharge of air bubbles, and the non-gelled impregnating substance is cooled.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'imprégnation d'au moins une partie d'une machine électrique (M) comportant un bobinage et des tôles magnétiques, par immersion de ladite partie dans un bain d'un imprégnant (I) capable de gélifier à chaud, caractérisé par le fait que l'on fait circuler dans ledit bobinage, alors que celui-ci est immergé, un courant électrique alternatif ou impulsionnel variant dans le temps de façon à créer des vibrations favorisant l'évacuation des bulles d'air, et l'on refroidit l'imprégnant non gélifié.
