Abstract:
(EN) A detection method is provided. The detection method comprises rotating an assay device comprising one or more chambers for containing the liquid sample and directing light from a light source to the rotating assay device such that the light passes through the one or more chambers as each of the one or more chambers is in a respective predetermined configuration relative to the light source and a light receiver. Then light from the light source that has passed through the one or more chambers within the rotating assay device is received at the light receiver.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection. Le procédé de détection consiste à faire tourner un dispositif de dosage comprenant une ou plusieurs chambres destinées à contenir l'échantillon liquide et à diriger la lumière d'une source de lumière vers le dispositif de dosage rotatif de sorte que la lumière traverse la ou les chambres puisque chacune des une ou plusieurs chambres se trouve dans une configuration respective prédéfinie par rapport à la source de lumière et à un récepteur de lumière. Ensuite, la lumière, en provenance de la source de lumière qui a traversé la ou les chambres à l'intérieur du dispositif de dosage rotatif, est reçue au niveau du récepteur de lumière.
