Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for operating a heating device (116) for the temperature conditioning of preforms (14) made of a thermoplastic material in the heating device (116). By means of the thermal conditioning in the heating device (116), a perform (14) is prepared for a subsequent forming process in which the preform (14) is formed into a container (12) with a forming fluid fed at pressure into the preform (14), the heating device (116) being operated in a plurality of operating states, specifically at least in a first and in a second operating state. The heating device (116) is operated in the second operating state for a start-up phase of the heating device (116), in which the temperature of the heating device (116) approaches an equilibrium temperature of a thermodynamically stable equilibrium state of the heating device (116), and the heating device (116) is operated in the first operating state for continuous operation of the heating device (116) following on from the start-up phase. The heating device is characterised in that, in the second operating state, the heating device (116) is operated with a heating output value that varies over time. The invention also relates to a heating device and to a machine comprising a heating device that are designed to work each in accordance with the method.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé permettant de faire fonctionner un dispositif de chauffage (116) pour le conditionnement thermique de préformes (14) constituées d’un matériau thermoplastique dans le dispositif de chauffage (116), chaque préforme (14) étant préparée à un processus de formage subséquent par le conditionnement thermique dans le dispositif de chauffage (116). Selon ledit procédé, la préforme (14) est transformée en contenant (12) au moyen d’un fluide de formage amené sous pression dans la préforme (14), le dispositif de chauffage (116) pouvant fonctionner dans plusieurs états de fonctionnement, à savoir au moins dans un premier et dans un deuxième état de fonctionnement. Le fonctionnement du dispositif de chauffage (116) dans le deuxième état de fonctionnement s’effectue pour une phase de démarrage du dispositif de chauffage (116), au cours de laquelle une température du dispositif de chauffage (116) se rapproche d’une température d’équilibre d’un état d’équilibre thermodynamiquement stable du dispositif de chauffage (116). Le fonctionnement du dispositif de chauffage (116) dans le premier état de fonctionnement s’effectue pour un fonctionnement continu du dispositif de chauffage (116), faisant suite à la phase démarrage. L’invention est caractérisée en ce que, dans le deuxième état de fonctionnement, le dispositif de chauffage (116) fonctionne avec une valeur de puissance de chauffage variant dans le temps. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif de chauffage et une machine pourvue du dispositif de chauffage qui sont conçus chacun pour fonctionner selon le procédé.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Heizvorrichtung (116) für die Temperaturkonditionierung von Vorformlingen (14) aus einem thermoplastischen Material in der Heizvorrichtung (116), wobei der jeweilige Vorformling (14) durch die thermische Konditionierung in der Heizvorrichtung (116) auf einen nachfolgenden Umformungsvorgang vorbereitet wird, bei dem mit einem unter einem Druck in den Vorformling (14) zugeführten Umformfluid der Vorformling (14) in einen Behälter (12) umgeformt wird, wobei die Heizvorrichtung (116) in mehreren Betriebszuständen betrieben wird, nämlich wenigstens in einem ersten und in einem zweiten Betriebszustand, wobei der Betrieb der Heizvorrichtung (116) im zweiten Betriebszustand für eine Startupphase der Heizvorrichtung (116) erfolgt, in der sich eine Temperatur der Heizvorrichtung (116) einer Gleichgewichtstemperatur eines thermodynamisch stabilen Gleichgewichtszustandes der Heizvorrichtung (116) annähert, wobei der Betrieb der Heizvorrichtung (116) im ersten Betriebszustand erfolgt für einen sich an die Startupphase anschließenden Dauerbetrieb der Heizvorrichtung (116), und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im zweiten Betriebszustand die Heizvorrichtung (116) mit einem sich zeitlich verändernden Heizleistungswert betrieben wird. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung eine Heizvorrichtung und eine Maschine mit Heizvorrichtung, die jeweils nach dem Verfahren arbeitend ausgeführt sind.
