Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for cleaning a phosgene conducting apparatus, comprising: washing the apparatus with hot inert gas, followed by washing the apparatus with cold inert gas; conveying gaseous ammonia for breaking down phosgene residues with a continuous increase in temperature until a maximum temperature ranging between 30 °C to 120 °C is reached; once the maximum temperature is reached, shutting down the ammonia supply and the conveying of inert gas, optionally (and preferably) followed by washing the apparatus with an aqueous stream.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de nettoyage d'un appareil acheminant du phosgène, comprenant les étapes consistant à rincer l'appareil avec un gaz inerte chaud, à rincer ensuite l'appareil avec un gaz inerte froid, à faire passer de l'ammoniac gazeux pour décomposer les résidus de phosgène tout en augmentant la température en continu jusqu'à atteindre un maximum de température dans la plage comprise entre 30 °C et 120 °C puis, lorsque le maximum de température est atteint, à stopper l'alimentation en ammoniac et à faire passer du gaz inerte, et éventuellement (et de préférence) à rincer ensuite l'appareil avec un flux aqueux.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Reinigung eines Phosgen-führenden Apparats, umfassend eine Spülung des Apparats mit heißem Inertgas, gefolgt von einer Spülung des Apparats mit kaltem Inertgas, Durchleiten von gasförmigem Ammoniak zur Zersetzung von Phosgenresten unter kontinuierlichem Temperaturanstieg, bis ein Temperaturmaximum im Bereich von 30 °C bis 120 °C erreicht wird, nach Erreichung des T emp eraturmaximums, Abstellen der Ammoniakzufuhr und Durchleiten von Inertgas, optional (und bevorzugt) gefolgt von einer Spülung des Apparats mit einem wässrigem Strom.
