Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to imidazoquinoline derivatives and to pharmaceutical compositions containing the imidazoquinoline derivatives. The imidazoquinoline derivatives of the invention are useful as toll-like receptor agonists, in particular agonists of TLR7, and promote induction of certain cytokines.
(FR) L'invention concerne des dérivés d'imidazoquinoline et des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant les dérivés d'imidazoquinoline. Les dérivés d'imidazoquinoline selon l'invention sont utiles en tant qu'agonistes du récepteur de type Toll, en particulier des agonistes de TLR7, et favorisent l'induction de certaines cytokines.
