Abstract:
(EN) A method of controlling the commutation of a brushless direct current motor (BLDC) comprising: a) providing one or more sensors, said sensors adapted to provide a variable output dependent on the rotational angle of the motor or the relative position of the stator and rotor of the motor; b) sampling the output from said sensor(s) signals at a time tn between a past commutation event Cm-1 and the next commutation event Cm to be implemented; c) determining an angular position αn between rotor and stator at time tn at said time since the last commutation event from step b); d) determining the time Tm of next commutation event Cm based on commutation the next commutation angle (Cm), motor speed ω, and output from step c).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de commande de la commutation d'un moteur à courant continu sans balai (BLDC) qui consiste à: a) fournir un ou plusieurs capteurs, lesdits capteurs étant conçus pour fournir une sortie variable dépendant de l'angle de rotation du moteur ou de la position relative du stator et du rotor du moteur; b) échantillonner la sortie à partir desdits signaux de capteur(s) à un instant tn entre un événement de commutation passé Cm-1 et l'événement de commutation suivant Cm devant être mis en œuvre; c) déterminer une position angulaire αn entre le rotor et le stator au moment tn audit moment depuis le dernier événement de commutation de l'étape b); d) déterminer le temps Tm de l'événement de commutation suivant Cm sur la base de la commutation de l'angle de commutation suivant (Cm), de la vitesse du moteur ω, et de la sortie de l'étape c).
