Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device for machining workpieces, in particular for hob peeling, comprising an output unit (12), a drive unit (14) and a transmission device (30), which is arranged between the units and which provides an output torque of the output unit (12) to the drive unit (14) for driving a machining tool. Said device is characterized in that an at least low-play transfer of torque between the transmission device (30) and at least one unit (12, 14) is achieved by means of a preloading device (54, 56, 62, 64).
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif permettant d’usiner des pièces, en particulier de tailler en développante, ledit dispositif comprenant une unité menée (12) et une unité d’entraînement (14) et un système de transmission (30) monté entre lesdites unités et destiné à fournir un couple de sortie de l’unité menée (12) à l’unité d’entraînement (14) pour entraîner un outil d’usinage. Ledit dispositif se caractérise en ce qu’il est obtenu une transmission de couple au moins à faible jeu, entre le système de transmission (30) et au moins une unité (12, 14) au moyen d’un dispositif de précontrainte (54, 56, 62, 64).
(DE) Eine Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten von Werkstücken, insbesondere zum Wälzschälen mit einer Abtriebseinheit (12) und einer Antriebseinheit (14) und einer zwischen den Einheiten angeordneten Getriebeeinrichtung (30), die ein Abtriebsdrehmoment der Abtriebseinheit (12) der Antriebseinheit (14) zum Antreiben eines Bearbeitungswerkzeuges zur Verfügung stellt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels einer Vorspanneinrichtung (54, 56, 62, 64) eine zumindest spielarme Drehmomentübertragung zwischen der Getriebeeinrichtung (30) und zumindest einer Einheit (12, 14) erreicht ist.
