Abstract:
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von 1,4-Butandiol durch katalytische Hydrierung von 1,4-Butindiol in einer Reaktionszone mit Wasserstoff in Gegenwart eines heterogenen Hydrierkatalysators, bei dem man den Gehalt des Abgasstroms an wenigstens einem Gas, ausgewählt unter CO und CH4, misst und den Gehalt des Abgasstroms an dem gemessenen Gas zur Regelung der Hydrierung einsetzt.
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing 1,4-butanediol by catalytic hydrogenation of 1,4-butynediol in a reaction zone with hydrogen in the presence of a heterogeneous hydrogenation catalyst, in which method the content of at least one gas in the exhaust gas stream, selected from CO and CH4, is measured and the content of the measured gas in the exhaust gas stream is used for controlling the hydrogenation.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de 1,4-butanediol par hydrogénation catalytique de 1,4-butynediol dans une zone de réaction avec de l'hydrogène en présence d'un catalyseur d'hydrogénation hétérogène. Selon ce procédé, on mesure la teneur du flux de gaz résiduaires en au moins un gaz, choisi parmi le CO et le CH4, et on utilise la teneur du flux de gaz résiduaires en gaz mesuré pour réguler l'hydrogénation.
