Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a control system for reducing rotor vibrations, in particular the variability thereof, in shafting, in particular turbine shafting, in which the temperature of the bearing (6) of the shaft is measured and the oil (8) supplied to the bearing is adjusted to a temperature as is assigned as the output variable in an allocation for minimised rotor vibrations with the measured temperature of the bearing as the input variable. The allocation can, for example, be provided by an initial measurement of the rotor vibrations or by a self-learning system. According to the invention, the variability of the rotor vibrations is restricted.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de régulation pour réduire les vibrations du rotor, en particulier leur variance, dans un train d'arbres, en particulier un train de turbines, dans lequel la température du palier 6 de l'arbre est mesurée et l'huile 8 fournie au palier est réglée à une température telle qu'elle est attribuée en tant que grandeur de sortie dans une affectation pour des vibrations réduites du rotor avec la température mesurée du palier en entrée. L'affectation peut, par exemple, être donnée par une mesure initiale des vibrations du rotor ou par un système d'auto-apprentissage L'invention entraîne un rétrécissement de la variance des vibrations du rotor.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Regelsystem zur Verringerung der Rotorschwingungen, insbesondere deren Varianz, in einem Wellenstrang, insbesondere Turbinenstrang, bei dem die Temperatur des Lagers 6 der Welle gemessen wird und das dem Lager zugeführte Öl 8 auf eine Temperatur einstellt wird, wie sie als Ausgangsgröße in einer Zuordnung für minimierte Rotorschwingungen mit der gemessenen Temperatur des Lagers als Eingangsgröße zugewiesen ist. Die Zuordnung kann beispielsweise durch eine initiale Messung der Rotorschwingungen oder ein selbstlernendes System gegeben sein. Die Erfindung bringt eine Einengung der Varianz der Rotorschwingungen mit sich.
