Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an electropneumatic parking brake module (1), having a reservoir connection (2) for connecting a compressed air reservoir (3), at least one spring mechanism connection (4) for connecting at least one spring-loaded brake cylinder (6), an electropneumatic inlet-outlet valve unit (10), which can assume at least one first switch position and one second switch position, wherein, in the first switch position, the inlet-outlet valve unit (10) of the reservoir connection (2) is connected to the spring mechanism connection (4) in order to modulate a spring mechanism brake pressure (pF), and, in the second switch position, the inlet-outlet valve unit (10) of the spring mechanism connection (4) is connected to a vent (5) of the inlet-outlet valve unit (10). According to the invention, there is a pneumatically controlled bypass unit (12) for maintaining a ventilation state or venting state of spring-loaded brake cylinders (6) connected to the spring mechanism connection (4) while in a currentless state of the electropneumatic inlet-outlet valve unit (10).
(FR) L'invention concerne un module de frein de stationnement électropneumatique (1) comprenant un raccord de réservoir (2) pour raccorder un réservoir d'air comprimé (3), au moins un raccord d'accumulateur à ressort (4) pour raccorder au moins un cylindre de frein à ressort (6), une unité de soupape entrée-sortie (10) électropneumatique qui peut prendre, au moins, une première position de commande et une deuxième position de commande, dans la première position de commande de l'unité de soupape entrée-sortie (10), le raccord de réservoir (2) étant relié pour alimenter une pression de frein à ressort (pF) au raccord d'accumulateur à ressort (4), et dans la deuxième position de commande de l'unité de soupape entrée-sortie (10), le raccord d'accumulateur à ressort (4) étant relié à une ventilation (5) de l'unité de soupape entrée-sortie (10). Selon l'invention, une unité de contournement (12) pneumatiquement réglée est prévue pour maintenir un état d'aération ou plutôt un état de ventilation des cylindres de frein à ressort (6) raccordés au raccord d'accumulateur à ressort (4) dans un état sans courant de l'unité de soupape entrée-sortie (10) électropneumatique.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektropneumatisches Feststellbremsmodul (1), mit einem Vorratsanschluss (2) zum Anschließen eines Druckluftvorrats (3), wenigstens einem Federspeicheranschluss (4) zum Anschließen wenigstens eines Federspeicherbremszylinders (6), einer elektropneumatischen Einiass-Auslass-Ventileinheit (10), die wenigstens eine erste Schaltstellung und eine zweite Schaltstellung einnehmen kann, wobei in der ersten Schaltstellung der Einlass-Auslass-Ventileinheit (10) der Vorratsanschluss (2) zur Aussteuerung eines Federspeicherbremsdrucks (pF) mit dem Federspeicheranschluss (4) verbunden ist, und in der zweiten Schaltstellung der Einiass-Auslass-Ventileinheit (10) der Federspeicheranschluss (4) mit einer Entlüftung (5) der Einiass-Auslass-Ventileinheit (10) verbunden ist. Gemäß der Erfindung ist eine pneumatisch gesteuerte Bypasseinheit (12) zum Aufrechterhalten eines Belüftungszustands beziehungsweise Entlüftungszustands von an den Federspeicheranschluss (4) angeschlossenen Federspeicherbremszylindern (6) in einem stromlosen Zustand der elektropneumatischen Einiass-Auslass-Ventileinheit (10) vorgesehen.
