Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Brennkraftmaschine, bei dem ein gasförmiger und/oder flüssiger Brennstoff in einen Brennraum der Brennkraftmaschine eingespritzt wird bzw. werden und zum Einspritzen ein Brennstoffeinspritzventil verwendet wird, das zum Freigeben und Verschließen mindestens einer Einspritzöffnung eine hubbewegliche Düsennadel umfasst, die mit einer von einem Steuerdruck in einem Steuerraum abhängigen hydraulischen Schließkraft beaufschlagbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird beim Starten der Brennkraftmaschine mittels einer Pumpenanordnung ein Steuerdruck im Steuerraum aufgebaut, der während eines ersten Kompressionshubs eines den Brennraum begrenzenden Kolbens eine auf die Düsennadel wirkende hydraulische Schließkraft erzeugt, welche die Düsennadel gegen den ansteigenden Brennraumdruck geschlossen hält. Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for operating an internal combustion engine, in which a gaseous and/or liquid fuel is or are injected into a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine and for the injection a fuel injection valve is used which, for opening and closing at least one injection opening, comprises a nozzle needle which can be raised and can be subjected to a hydraulic closing force which is dependent upon a control pressure in a control chamber. According to the invention, upon starting of the internal combustion engine, a control pressure is built up in the control chamber by means of a pump assembly and, during a first compression stroke of a piston delimiting the combustion chamber, the control pressure generates a hydraulic closing force which acts on the nozzle needle and keeps the nozzle needle closed against the rising combustion chamber pressure. The invention further relates to an apparatus for carrying out the method.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé pour faire fonctionner un moteur à combustion interne. Selon ledit procédé, un combustible gazeux et/ou un combustible liquide sont injectés dans une chambre de combustion du moteur à combustion interne et un injecteur de carburant est utilisé pour l’injection. L’injecteur, pour libérer et fermer au moins un orifice d’injection, comporte une aiguille qui peut effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient et qui est soumise à l’effet d’une force de fermeture hydraulique dépendant d’une pression de commande dans une chambre de commande. Selon l'invention, au démarrage du moteur à combustion interne, une pression de commande est établie dans la chambre de commande au moyen d’un ensemble de pompes qui, pendant une première course de compression d’un piston délimitant la chambre de combustion, produit une force de fermeture hydraulique qui agit sur l’aiguille d’injecteur et qui maintient l’aiguille d’injecteur fermée à l’encontre de l’augmentation de la pression de la chambre de combustion. En outre, l’invention concerne un dispositif pour mettre en œuvre le procédé.
