Abstract:
(EN) An energy generating arrangement (100) powered by tidal water har been disclosed. The arrangement comprises a turbine unit (120) mounted in a fixed structure (110) which separates a first (130) and a second (140) water masses. The turbine unit (120) is arranged to be turned within the fixed structure (110) about a substantially horizontal axis (180). The turbine unit (120) is mounted in a substantially cylindrical assembly (150) with a substantially horizontal axis (180), and includes a rotor with turbine blades and a rotor shaft which will rotate when surrounding, flowing water acts on the rotor's turbine blades, and an electric generator which is driven by the rotor shaft. The fixed structure (110) has curved surfaces which are shaped to match corresponding surfaces of the cylindrical assembly (150). A sealing is provided to seal a space between the curved surface of the fixed structure (110) and a corresponding surface of the cylindrical assembly (150). The sealing is expandable to alter between a sealing state, wherein the sealing fills the space between the curved surface of the fixed structure (110) and the corresponding surface of the cylindrical assembly (150), and a non-sealing state, wherein water passage is allowed between the fixed structure (110) and the cylindrical assembly (150).
(FR) L'invention concerne un agencement de production d'énergie (100) alimenté par l'eau de marée. L'agencement est composé d'une unité de turbine (120) montée dans une structure fixe (110) qui sépare une première masse d'eau (130) à une deuxième masse d'eau (140). L'unité de turbine (120) est disposée d'une manière à pouvoir être tournée à l'intérieur de la structure fixe (110) autour d'un axe sensiblement horizontal (180). L'unité de turbine (120) est montée dans un ensemble sensiblement cylindrique (150) avec un axe sensiblement horizontal (180), et comprend un rotor avec des aubes de turbine et un arbre de rotor qui tourne lorsque l'eau environnante s'écoulant agit sur les aubes de la turbine du rotor, et un générateur électrique qui est entraîné par l'arbre de rotor.
