Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a workpiece spindle (10) for a magnetic-shoe external cylindrical grinding machine, having a spindle (12) for rotating a workpiece (21), a holding device (18) for holding the workpiece (21), wherein the holding device (18) has holding shoes, configured as magnetic shoes (46), for clamping the workpiece (21) in the holding device (18), and a hydraulic magnetic-core lifting device (28), coupled to the spindle (12) and to the holding device (18), for varying an axial spacing between the holding device (18) and the spindle (12). By way of the holding device (18), which is axially displaceable with the aid of the hydraulic magnetic-core lifting device (28), the automated feeding of the workpiece (21) can take place more cost-effectively and increased precision in the manufacturing of the workpiece (21) can be achieved, so as to allow cost-effective grinding of annular workpieces (21) with high precision.
(FR) L'invention concerne une broche porte-pièce (10) destinée à une rectifieuse cylindrique extérieure à patin magnétique, comprenant une broche (12) destinée à faire tourner une pièce (21), un dispositif de maintien (18) destiné à maintenir la pièce (21), le dispositif de maintien (18) comportant des patins de maintien conçus sous forme de patin magnétique (46) et destinés à serrer la pièce (21) dans le dispositif de maintien (18), et un dispositif de levage à noyau magnétique hydraulique (28), accouplé avec la broche (12) et avec le dispositif de maintien (18), destiné à faire varier une distance axiale entre le dispositif de maintien (18) et la broche (12). Durch die mit Hilfe der hydraulischen Magnetkernhubeinrichtung (28) axial verlagerbare Halteeinrichtung (18) kann das automatisierte Zuführen des Werkstücks (21) kostengünstiger erfolgen und eine erhöhte Genauigkeit bei der Fertigung des Werkstücks (21) erreicht werden, so dass ein kostengünstiges Schleifen von ringförmigen Werkstücken (21 ) mit hoher Genauigkeit ermöglicht ist.
