Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a fluorescent ceramic having a characteristic micro-structure, a preparation method therefor and application thereof. The fluorescent ceramic is rich in micropores, and the air holes are uniformly distributed in a thickness direction or are gradiently distributed in the thickness direction. The probability of incident light being absorbed by fluorescent crystal particles is increased by means of the scattering action of the pores on light so as to improve the light emission efficiency of the fluorescent crystal particles; also, the light out rate of light at a fluorescent ceramic transmissive face is reduced by means of the design of the uniform distribution or gradient distribution of the pores, so that light is emitted from a reflection face as much as possible and is collected by a detector, thereby improving the light extraction rate.
(FR) L’invention porte sur un catalyseur supporté ayant une structure cœur-écorce, sur un procédé de préparation s’y rapportant et sur une application de ce dernier. La céramique fluorescente est riche en micro-trous d'air, et les trous d'air sont uniformément répartis dans une direction d'épaisseur ou sont répartis de façon progressive dans la direction de l'épaisseur. La probabilité de lumière incidente qui est absorbée par les particules de cristaux fluorescentes est augmentée au moyen de l'action de diffusion des trous d'air sur la lumière de façon à améliorer l'efficacité d'émission de lumière des particules de cristaux fluorescents ; la vitesse de sortie de lumière au niveau d'une face de transmission de céramique fluorescente est réduite au moyen de la conception de la distribution uniforme ou de la distribution de gradient des trous d'air, de telle sorte que la lumière est émise à partir d'une face de réflexion autant que possible et est collectée par un détecteur, ce qui permet d'améliorer le taux d'extraction de lumière.
(ZH) 涉及一种具有特征微观结构的荧光陶瓷及其制备方法和应用,所述荧光陶瓷中富含微气孔,且气孔沿厚度方向均匀分布或者沿厚度方向梯度分布。一方面利用气孔对光的散射作用增大入射光被荧光晶体颗粒吸收的概率,提高荧光结晶颗粒的发光效率;另一方面,通过气孔的均匀分布或者梯度分布设计,降低光在荧光陶瓷透射面的出光率,使光尽可能在反射面出射,并被探测器收集,提高光提取率。
