Abstract:
(EN) A Super304H steel welding wire which is resistant to high-temperature creep and aging brittleness, and which comprises the following chemical components by mass percentage: C: 0.04-0.1%, Mn: 0.4-1.5%, Ni: 7.5-12.5%, Si: ≤0.5%, Cr: 17.0-19.0%; Mo: ≤0.4%, Cu: 2.5-3.5%, Nb: 0.3-0.6%, N: 0.05-0.12%, S≤0.01%, P: ≤0.02%, and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurity elements. Said welding wire may be used for welding of Super304H steel of ultra-supercritical thermal power generating units, and a weld joint of the welding wire is a duplex phase structure of austenite and a small amount of ferrite (with the volume fraction ranging from 3%-12%). The welding wire has a good heat crack-resisting capability.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un fil de soudage en acier Super304H qui est résistant au fluage à haute température et à la fragilité au vieillissement, et qui comprend les constituants chimiques suivants en pourcentage en masse : C : de 0,04 à 0,1 %, Mn : de 0,4 à 1,5 %, Ni : de 7,5 à 12,5 %, Si : ≤ 0,5 %, Cr : de 17,0 à 19,0 % ; Mo : ≤ 0,4 %, Cu : de 2,5 à 3,5 %, Nb : de 0,3 à 0,6 %, N : de 0,05 à 0,12 %, S ≤ 0,01 %, P : ≤ 0,02 %, le complément étant du Fe et d'autres éléments d'impuretés inévitables. Ledit fil de soudage peut être utilisé pour le soudage de l'acier Super304H d'unités de production d'énergie thermique ultra-supercritique. Un joint de soudure du fil de soudage est une structure en phase duplex d'austénite et d'une petite quantité de ferrite (la fraction volumique allant de 3 % à 12 %). Le fil de soudage présente une bonne capacité de résistance à la fissuration thermique.
(ZH) 一种抗高温蠕变和时效脆化的Super304H钢焊丝,其化学成分的质量百分比为:C:0.04-0.1%,Mn:0.4-1.5%,Ni:7.5-12.5%,Si:≤0.5%,Cr:17.0-19.0%;Mo:≤0.4%,Cu:2.5-3.5%,Nb:0.3-0.6%,N:0.05-0.12%,S≤0.01%,P:≤0.02%,余量为Fe,以及其它不可避免的杂质元素。该焊丝可用于超超临界火电机组Super304H钢的焊接,其焊缝为奥氏体+少量铁素体(体积分数3-12%)的双相组织,具有较好的抗热裂纹能力。
