Provided in the present disclosure are a power control method, a network device and a terminal. The power control method comprises: configuring a power control parameter for a resource in an uplink beam management resource set that is used for an uplink beam management process; sending the power control parameter to a terminal such that the terminal sends the resource in the uplink beam management resource set according to the power control parameter.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de commande de puissance, un dispositif de réseau et un terminal. Le procédé de commande de puissance consiste à : configurer un paramètre de commande de puissance pour une ressource dans un ensemble de ressources de gestion de faisceau de liaison montante utilisé pour un processus de gestion de faisceau de liaison montante; envoyer le paramètre de commande de puissance à un terminal de sorte que le terminal envoie la ressource dans l'ensemble de ressources de gestion de faisceau de liaison montante selon le paramètre de commande de puissance.
