Abstract:
(EN) An object of the present invention is to provide a preparation method for a plastic material which has good plasticity and degradability and can be easily prepared into products in different shapes. The method comprises the following steps: step A: weighing and adding in sequence 56-85% by weight of inorganic mineral powder, 3-10% by mass of polyethylene, 18-30% by mass of polypropylene and 3-5% of aids into a mixer, and mixing for 20-25 min to obtain a raw material mixture, the mixer being at a rotating speed of 100-135r/min; step B: melt-mixing the raw material mixture in the mixer by using an extruder at 180-250 ℃ so that the raw material mixture is molten and extruded, and then pelletizing the extruded raw material mixture at high speed through a knife edge, the prepared pellet material being an environment-friendly plastic masterbatch material. The present invention further provides a method for preparing an environment-friendly film by using the environment-friendly plastic masterbatch material obtained by means of the plastic material preparation method, and a method for preparing an environment-friendly tape by using the obtained environment-friendly film.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une matière de mélange maître de plastique qui a une bonne plasticité et une bonne dégradabilité et qui peut être facilement préparée en produits sous différentes formes. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : étape a : pesée et ajout en séquence de 56 à 85 % en poids de poudre minérale inorganique, de 3 à 10 % en masse de polyéthylène, de 18 à 30 % en masse de polypropylène et de 3 à 5 % d'adjuvants dans un mélangeur, et mélange pendant 20 à 25 min pour obtenir un mélange de matières premières, le mélangeur étant à une vitesse de rotation de 100 à 135 tr/min; étape B : mélange à l'état fondu du mélange de matières premières dans le mélangeur à l'aide d'une extrudeuse à 180 à 250 °C de telle sorte que le mélange de matières premières est fondu et extrudé, puis granulation du mélange de matières premières extrudées à grande vitesse avec une lame de couteau, le matériau de granulé préparé étant un matériau maître plastique respectueux de l'environnement. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation d'un film respectueux de l'environnement en utilisant la matière de mélange maître de plastique respectueuse de l'environnement obtenue au moyen du procédé de préparation de matière plastique, et un procédé de préparation d'une bande respectueuse de l'environnement à l'aide du film respectueux de l'environnement obtenu.
(ZH) 本发明的目的在于提供一种可塑性好、容易制备成不同形状产品并且具有降解性的可塑性材料的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:步骤A:称取并依次将56%~85%重量的无机矿粉、3%~10%质量的聚乙烯、18%~30%质量的聚丙烯以及3%~5%的助剂加入混合机中,混合20至25分钟得到原料混合物,混合机的转速为100~130r/min;步骤B:将混合机中的原料混合物在挤出机中以180℃至250℃温度条件进行熔融混炼,使得原料混合被融化并被挤出,然后通过刀口进行高速切粒,制成的颗粒状材料为环保可塑性母粒材料。本发明还提供了采用该方法得到的环保可塑性母粒材料制备环保薄膜的方法以及采用得到的环保薄膜制备环保胶带的方法。
