Disclosed in the present invention are a small-current grounding fault line selection system and method having a backup function; when a main protection malfunctions and circuit breakers of non-fault lines trip, a backup protection system calculates the integrals of absolute values of changes in failure quantity before and after the tripping of the circuit breakers of lines; and a backup protection tripping line is determined in accordance with the characteristics of the integrals, achieving rapid response of backup protection. In the present invention, the backup protection can trip a fault line quickly, improving the reliability of protection.

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de sélection de ligne de défaut de mise à la terre à faible courant à fonction de sauvegarde ; lorsqu'une protection principale dysfonctionne et que des disjoncteurs de lignes sans défaut se déclenchent, un système de protection de sauvegarde calcule les intégrales de valeurs absolues de changements de quantité de défaut avant et après le déclenchement des disjoncteurs de lignes ; et une ligne de déclenchement de protection de sauvegarde est déterminée en fonction des caractéristiques des intégrales, ce qui permet d'obtenir une réponse rapide de protection de sauvegarde.
