Abstract:
(EN) A hot continuous rolled steel coil for a high collapse strength SEW oil casing and a production method therefor. By reducing expensive alloying elements Mo and V in the hot continuous rolled steel coil and strictly controlling the content components of chemical elements such as Cr, Mn, Ti and the like, the production cost of the hot continuous rolled steel coil is reduced. The production method for the hot continuous rolled steel coil comprises: using continuous casting slabs as initial blanks; carrying out 5-7 passes of refined grain tough rolling under a temperature-controlled heating condition to form an intermediate slab; carrying out at least 4 passes of finish rolling on the intermediate slab; and finally carrying out cooling and coiling to complete the production and processing, thus achieving the purpose of controlling the initial yield strength and the initial tensile strength of the steel coil.
(FR) L'invention concerne une bobine d'acier laminée continue à chaud destinée à un carter d'huile SEW à résistance à l'écrasement élevée et un procédé de production s'y rapportant. Grâce à la réduction des éléments d'alliage onéreux Mo et V dans la bobine d'acier laminée continue à chaud et au réglage strict des constituants de contenu d'éléments chimiques tels que Cr, Mn, Ti et similaires, le coût de production de la bobine d'acier laminée continue à chaud est réduit. Le procédé de production destiné à la bobine d'acier laminée continue à chaud comprend : l'utilisation de brames de coulée continue comme ébauches initiales ; la réalisation de 5 à 7 passes de laminage résistant à grains affinés dans une condition de chauffage à température réglée en vue de former une brame intermédiaire ; la réalisation d'au moins 4 passes de laminage de finition sur la brame intermédiaire ; et enfin la réalisation d'un refroidissement et d'un bobinage en vue de terminer la production et le traitement, ce qui permet de régler la limite d'élasticité initiale et la résistance à la traction initiale de la bobine d'acier.
(ZH) 一种高抗挤SEW石油套管用热连轧钢卷及其生产方法。该热连轧钢卷通过减少其中的昂贵合金元素Mo、V,并严格控制Cr、Mn以及Ti等化学元素的含量组分来降低生产成本。其生产方法以连铸板坯为初始坯料,在控温加热条件下经过5-7个道次的细化晶粒粗轧构成中间坯,再将中间坯进行至少4个道次的精轧,最后进行冷却卷取来完成生产加工工作,达到控制其初始屈服强度和初始抗拉强度的目的。
