Abstract:
(EN) A compressor and a fabrication method therefor, wherein the compressor comprises: a housing (2); a motor (3) and a cylinder (5), which are housed in the housing (2); a crankshaft (31), the crankshaft (31) transmitting the rotational force of the motor (3) to a piston in the cylinder (5) so as to compress a refrigerant; and an upper cylinder cover (4) and a lower cylinder cover (6), which define a compression space and which support the crankshaft (31) together with the cylinder (5). The upper cylinder cover (4) is located between the motor (3) and the cylinder (5), and the upper cylinder cover (4) has a through hole through which the crankshaft (31) passes; the upper cylinder cover (4) is provided with a first side (41) facing the motor (3) and a second side (42) facing the cylinder (5); the inner wall of the housing (2) is laser welded to the outer circumference of the first side (41) and/or the outer circumference of the second side (42) of the upper cylinder cover (4); and the included angle between the axial direction of a welding joint and the inner wall of the housing (2) ranges from 0° to 45°. With the present invention, the compressor does not damage the original assembly accuracy due to welding deformation, thereby ensuring uniform air gap of a stator and rotor and achieving reduced noise and improved performance.
(FR) L'invention concerne un compresseur et un procédé de fabrication pour celui-ci, lequel compresseur comprend : un boîtier (2); un moteur (3) et un cylindre (5), qui sont renfermés dans le boîtier (2); un vilebrequin (31), le vilebrequin (31) transmettant la force de rotation du moteur (3) à un piston dans le cylindre (5) de manière à comprimer un réfrigérant; et un capot de cylindre supérieur (4) et un capot de cylindre inférieur (6), qui définissent un espace de compression et qui supportent le vilebrequin (31) conjointement avec le cylindre (5). Le capot de cylindre supérieur (4) est disposé entre le moteur (3) et le cylindre (5), et le capot de cylindre supérieur (4) a un trou traversant à travers lequel passe le vilebrequin (31); le capot de cylindre supérieur (4) comporte un premier côté (41) faisant face au moteur (3) et un second côté (42) faisant face au cylindre (5); la paroi interne du boîtier (2) est soudée au laser à la périphérie externe du premier côté (41) et/ou à la périphérie externe du second côté (42) du capot de cylindre supérieur (4); et l'angle inclus entre la direction axiale d'un joint de soudure et la paroi interne du boîtier (2) est compris entre 0° et 45°. Avec la présente invention, le compresseur ne détériore pas la précision d'assemblage originale du fait d'une déformation de soudage, de façon à assurer ainsi un entrefer uniforme d'un stator et d'un rotor et à obtenir ainsi un bruit réduit et des performances améliorées.
