Abstract:
(EN) An intelligent power module and an air-conditioner controller. An adjustment circuit (14A, 24A, 34A, 44A, 54A, 64A) is additionally provided between each drive circuit (14, 24, 34, 44, 54, 64) in the intelligent power module and a corresponding IGBT transistor (4121-4126), thus the adjustment circuit (14A, 24A, 34A, 44A, 54A, 64A) can detect, in real time, a change in the supply voltage value of a low-voltage area of the intelligent power module (4100), and enables the module (4100) to stop outputting when the voltage value is excessively low due to fluctuation of a low-voltage power supply, so as to be able to release charges accumulated in the IGBT transistor (4121-4126) in the module (4100) when energy storage of a drive motor (139) causes charge accumulation of the IGBT transistor (4121-4126) in the module (4100), and the adjustment circuit can also continuously release charges completely when the power supply voltage is restored to normal, preventing the impact of the charges on a circuit in the module (4100) from affecting working reliability.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module de puissance intelligent et un dispositif de commande de climatiseur. Un circuit de réglage (14A, 24A, 34A, 44A, 54A, 64A) est en outre placé entre chaque circuit d'attaque (14, 24, 34, 44, 54, 64) dans le module de puissance intelligent et un transistor IGBT correspondant (4121-4126), le circuit de réglage (14A, 24A, 34A, 44A, 54A, 64A) pouvant ainsi détecter, en temps réel, un changement de la valeur de tension d'alimentation d'une zone basse tension du module de puissance intelligent (4100), et permettant au module (4100) d'arrêter l'émission lorsque la valeur de tension est excessivement faible en raison de la fluctuation d'une alimentation électrique basse tension, de manière à pouvoir libérer des charges accumulées dans le transistor IGBT (4121-4126) dans le module (4100) quand le stockage d'énergie d'un moteur d'entraînement (139) engendre une accumulation de charges du transistor IGBT (4121-4126) dans le module (4100), et le circuit de réglage pouvant également libérer complètement des charges en continu lorsque la tension d'alimentation électrique est ramenée à la normale, empêchant l'impact des charges sur un circuit dans le module (4100) d'affecter la fiabilité de fonctionnement.
