Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an LED display screen case latch structure, comprising: adjusting blocks (2), angle blocks (3) and curved guide rails (14). All the adjusting blocks (2), the angle blocks (3) and the cured guide rails (14) are arranged on a case body (1). The adjusting blocks (2) are connected with the angle blocks (3) by means of the curved guide rails (14). When the adjusting blocks (2) are in linear motion, the angle blocks (3) are driven to rotate by means of the curved guide rails (14). The case body (1) is also provided with latch locking structures corresponding to the angle blocks (3). The angle blocks (3) on one case body (1) cooperate with latch locking structures (4) of another case body to adjust the angle of the two case bodies. Linear motion of the adjusting blocks (2) is converted into rotational motion of the angle blocks (3) by means of the curved guide rails (14) so as to realize angle adjustment, and angle splicing precision is improved. The LED display screen case latch structure is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and has no need for machining so that the cost is greatly reduced.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure d'accrochage de boîtier d'écran d'affichage à DEL, comprenant : des blocs de réglage (2), des blocs d'angle (3) et des rails de guidage incurvés (14). Les blocs de réglage (2), les blocs d'angle (3) et les rails de guidage incurvés (14) sont tous agencés sur un corps de boîtier (1). Les blocs de réglage (2) sont reliés aux blocs d'angle (3) au moyen des rails de guidage incurvés (14). Lorsque les blocs de réglage (2) sont en mouvement linéaire, les blocs d'angle (3) sont entraînés en rotation au moyen des rails de guidage incurvés (14). Le corps de boîtier (1) est également pourvu de structures de verrouillage d'accrochage correspondant aux blocs d'angle (3). Les blocs d'angle (3) présents sur un corps de boîtier (1) coopèrent avec des structures de verrouillage d'accrochage (4) d'un autre corps de boîtier pour régler l'angle des deux corps de boîtier. Le mouvement linéaire des blocs de réglage (2) est converti en mouvement de rotation des blocs d'angle (3) au moyen des rails de guidage incurvés (14) de façon à réaliser un réglage d'angle, et la précision de raccordement incliné est améliorée. La structure d'accrochage de boîtier d'écran d'affichage à DEL est de structure simple et pratique à utiliser, et ne nécessite aucun usinage si bien que le coût est considérablement réduit.
(ZH) 一种LED显示屏箱体锁扣结构,包括:调整块(2)、角度块(3)和曲面导轨(14),调整块(2)、角度块(3)和曲面导轨(14)皆设置在箱体(1)上,调整块(2)通过曲面导轨(14)与角度块(3)连接,当调整块(2)直线运动时,通过曲面导轨(14)驱动角度块(3)旋转运动;箱体(1)上还设置有锁扣锁紧结构(4),锁扣锁紧结构(4)与角度块(3)对应设置,一个箱体上的角度块(3)与另一个箱体上的锁扣锁紧结构(4)相配合,进行两个箱体之间的角度调节,通过曲面导轨(14)将调整块(2)的直线运动转变为角度块(3)的旋转运动,实现角度调节,提高了角度拼接精度,且结构简单、操作方便,不需要机械加工,大幅度降低了成本。
