Abstract:
(EN) A low carbon aviation biofuel preparation method and a system based on a full life-cycle. Said method comprises: screening for a microalgae having carbon spectrum characteristics compatible with those of an aviation fuel; cultivating the microalgae to produce an oil-producing microalgae capable of efficiently fixing carbon dioxide and having high fatty acid yield; performing oil extraction on the oil-producing microalgae by means of a rapid hydrothermal method; sequentially subjecting the obtained crude oil to impurity removal and hydrogenation refining treatment to obtain a hydrogenated product; and performing a fractionation treatment on the hydrogenated product. The system includes modules corresponding to the method above.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de préparation de biocarburant d'aviation à faible teneur en carbone basés sur un cycle de vie complet. Ledit procédé comprend : le criblage de microalgues ayant des caractéristiques de spectre de carbone compatibles avec celles d'un carburant d'aviation ; la culture des microalgues pour produire des microalgues productrices d'huile capables de fixer efficacement du dioxyde de carbone et ayant un rendement élevé de production d'acides gras ; la mise en œuvre d'une extraction d'huile sur les microalgues produisant de l'huile au moyen d'un procédé hydrothermique rapide ; l'opération consistant à soumettre séquentiellement l'huile brute obtenue à un traitement d'élimination d'impuretés et de raffinage par hydrogénation pour obtenir un produit hydrogéné ; et la mise en œuvre d'un traitement de fractionnement sur le produit hydrogéné. Le système comprend des modules correspondant au procédé ci-dessus.
(ZH) 一种基于全生命周期低碳的生物航空燃料制备方法及系统,方法包括:筛选获得与航空燃料的碳谱特征耦合的微藻;对微藻进行培养,得到能高效固定二氧化碳和具有高脂肪酸产量的产油微藻;用快速水热法对所述产油微藻进行油脂提取;对得到的粗油依次进行除杂和加氢精致处理,得到加氢产物;对加氢产物进行分馏处理。该系统包括与以上方法相对应的模块。
