Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a composite material for a vehicle bumper and a preparation method therefor. The composite material comprises the following components: a polycarbonate, a polypropylene, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, diaminodiphenylmethane, magnesium stearate, polyvinyl alcohol, dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, 1,3-propyl sultone, an antioxidant and a plasticizer. The preparation method comprises adding the polycarbonate, polypropylene, magnesium stearate, polyvinyl alcohol and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride into a reaction kettle, stirring and mixing same, then heating same under a nitrogen protection state and maintaining for a certain period, and then adding the 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and diaminodiphenylmethane, and after heating same under a nitrogen protection state and maintaining for a certain period, adding the 1,3-propyl sultone, antioxidant and plasticizer, stirring and mixing same, and then extruding same with a twin-screw extruder so as to obtain the composite material for a vehicle bumper. The composite material has a good tensile strength and a good impact strength.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau composite pour pare-chocs de véhicule et un procédé de préparation associé. Le matériau composite comprend les composants suivants : un polycarbonate, un polypropylène, un acide 2-acrylamido-2-méthylpropanesulfonique, un diaminodiphénylméthane, un stéarate de magnésium, un alcool polyvinylique, un chlorure de diméthyl diallyl ammonium, un 1,3-propyle sultone, un antioxydant et un plastifiant. Le procédé de préparation comprend l'ajout du polycarbonate, du polypropylène, du stéarate de magnésium, de l'alcool polyvinylique et du chlorure de diméthyldiallyl ammonium dans un réacteur, l'agitation et le mélange de ceux-ci, puis le chauffage de ceux-ci dans un état de protection d'azote et le maintien pendant une certaine période, puis l'ajout de l'acide 2-acrylamido-2-méthylpropanesulfonique et du diaminodiphénylméthane, et après chauffage de celui-ci dans un état de protection d'azote et le maintien pendant une certaine période, l'ajout du 1,3-propyle sultone, de l'antioxydant et plastifiant, l'agitation et le mélange de ceux-ci, puis l'extrusion de ceux-ci avec une extrudeuse à double vis de façon à obtenir le matériau composite pour un pare-chocs de véhicule. Le matériau composite présente une bonne résistance à la traction et une bonne résistance au choc.
(ZH) 一种汽车保险杠用复合材料及其制备方法,复合材料包括如下组分:聚碳酸酯,聚丙烯,2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸,二氨基二苯甲烷,硬脂酸镁,聚乙烯醇,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,1,3-丙基磺酸内酯,抗氧剂和增塑剂。制备方法为将聚碳酸酯,聚丙烯,硬脂酸镁,聚乙烯醇和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵加入到反应釜中,搅拌混合,然后在氮气保护条件下升温并保持一定时间,再将2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸和二氨基二苯甲烷加入,在氮气保护条件下加热并保持一定时间后加入1,3-丙基磺酸内酯,抗氧剂和增塑剂,搅拌混合后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,得到汽车保险杠用复合材料。该复合材料具有良好的拉伸强度与冲击强度。
