Abstract:
(EN) Provided in the embodiments of the present invention are a composite pipe material for insulating a joystick and a preparation method therefor, the pipe material being made of a resin and fibre fabric composite, the resin comprising epoxy resin and the fibre fabric being cross-overlapped and wound into a roll. The embodiments of the present invention solve the problem of impregnation of traditional resin and fibre fabric by means of the winding composition of the fibre fabric and the design of the winding method, ensuring the effective infiltration of the epoxy resin system into the fibre fabric, effectively increasing the dipping amount of the composite material, improving the problem of the impregnation of the resin into the fibre fabric, and being able to ensure that the composite material tube has excellent mechanical properties and electrical insulation properties whilst effectively reducing the weight of the composite material tube.
(FR) Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un matériau de tuyau composite pour isoler une manette de jeu et son procédé de préparation, le matériau de tuyau étant constitué d'un composite de résine et de tissu de fibre, la résine comprenant une résine époxy et le tissu de fibre étant chevauché de manière croisée et enroulé en un rouleau. Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention résolvent le problème d'imprégnation de résine et de tissu de fibre classiques au moyen de la composition d'enroulement du tissu de fibre et de la conception du procédé d'enroulement, ce qui assure l'infiltration efficace du système de résine époxy dans le tissu de fibre, augmente efficacement la quantité d'immersion du matériau composite, améliore le problème de l'imprégnation de la résine dans le tissu de fibre et est apte à assurer que le tube en matériau composite présente d'excellentes propriétés mécaniques et d'isolation électrique, tout en réduisant efficacement le poids du tube en matériau composite.
(ZH) 本发明实施例提供了一种用于绝缘操纵杆的复合管材及其制备方法,该管材由树脂和纤维织物复合而成,树脂包括环氧树脂,纤维织物交叉叠加制卷。本发明实施例通过纤维织物的卷绕组成和卷绕方式的设计来改变传统树脂与纤维织物之间的浸渍问题,保证了环氧树脂体系对于纤维织物的有效浸润,有效的提高了复合材料的浸胶量,很好的改善了树脂对于纤维织物的浸渍问题,能够在有效的降低复合材料管重量的同时保证其具有优异的机械力学性能和电气绝缘性能。
