Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a pneumatic high-temperature high-pressure water-repellent ball valve, comprising a frame (21) and a valve body (7); a shaft hole (19) is arranged on said frame (21); the upper part of a valve rod (15) passes through the shaft hole (19); the bottom of the valve rod (15) is connected to a spherical body (5); the two sides of the interior of the valve body (7) are each provided with a medium inlet and a medium outlet; an inlet valve-seat (4) is arranged in the valve body (7) on one side of the medium inlet; an outlet valve-seat (6) is arranged in the valve body (7) on one side of the medium inlet; a groove body is arranged on the outer surface of the position, on the valve body (7), connected to the frame (21); the groove body is an arcuate groove (17); the upper part of the frame (21) is connected to a pneumatic head (24); the pneumatic head (24) is connected to the valve rod (15) by means of a shaft coupling (25). The groove body is arranged on the outer surface of the position, on the valve body (7), connected to the frame (21); during welding, the welding deformation is effectively reduced, and, in particular, the valve is protected during post-weld heat treatment; the shaft coupling (25) is provided with a position-limiting groove (23) fitting a position-limiting apparatus (22) on the frame (21); it is thus possible to control the maximum amplitude of the valve opening and closing, ensuring that full and complete opening and closing is achieved in a precise manner.

Le corps de rainure est disposé sur la surface extérieure de la position, sur le corps de robinet (7), reliée au châssis (21); pendant un soudage, la déformation de soudage est efficacement réduite, et, en particulier, le robinet est protégé pendant un traitement thermique post-soudage; l'accouplement d'arbre (25) est pourvu d'une rainure de limitation de position (23) ajustant un appareil de limitation de position (22) sur le châssis (21); il est ainsi possible de commander l'amplitude maximale de l'ouverture et de la fermeture du robinet, assurant qu'une ouverture et une fermeture entières et complètes sont réalisées de manière précise.
(ZH) 一种气动高温高压疏水球阀,包括支架(21)、阀体(7),在支架(21)上设置有轴孔(19),阀杆(15)的上部穿过轴孔(19),阀杆(15)底部与球体(5)连接,阀体(7)内两侧分别设有介质进口和介质出口,在介质进口一侧的阀体(7)内设置有进口阀座(4),在介质出口一侧的阀体(7)内设置有出口阀座(6),在阀体(7)上与支架(21)相连接的位置处的外表面设置有一个槽体,槽体为一个弧形槽(17),在支架(21)的上部连接有气动头(24),气动头(24)通过联轴器(25)与阀杆(15)相连接。在阀体(7)上与支架(21)相连接的位置处的外表面设置槽体,焊接的时候能有效的降低焊接变形,特别是焊后热处理时得以保护阀门;在联轴器(25)上设置限位槽(23)与支架(21)上的限位装置(22)相配合,能够控制阀门开启和关闭的最大幅度,保证能够精确地实现完全开启和完全关闭。
