A plastic running track using permeable concrete as a base and a construction method therefor. The plastic running track comprises a base layer (4) and a plastic layer (3) laid on the base layer (4), and the base layer (4) is a permeable concrete base layer. The permeable concrete base layer comprises: sandstone, high-grade Portland cement, an environmentally-friendly water reducing agent, silicon powder, cellulose, and redispersible latex powder. The construction process of the plastic running track comprises steps of: (1) mixing raw materials of a permeable concrete base layer and transporting the mixture to a construction site for pouring; (2) manually scraping and then mechanically polishing the permeable concrete base layer; (3) inspecting flatness of the permeable concrete base layer, and leveling uneven portions; (4) laying a primer and then spreading a glue; (5) scraping the glue; and (6) spraying an adhesive. The plastic runway has good ventilation and water permeability, reduces surface temperature of the plastic surface layer, improves bonding strength between the plastic surface layer and the base layer of an athletics arena, and prolongs the service life of plastic running tracks.

La présente invention concerne une voie de roulement en plastique qui utilise du béton perméable en tant que base, et son procédé de construction. La voie de roulement en plastique comprend une couche de base (4) et une couche de plastique (3) posée sur la couche de base (4), et la couche de base (4) est une couche de base en béton perméable.
