Abstract:
(EN) Use of a hydrogel in the preparation of an electrode for detecting electrocorticography. The electrocorticography acquisition technique using a low conductivity gel as an electrode is initially created. In the liquid environment of the brain, electric conduction is achieved by means of free ions in the gel, the directional movement of ions forms a current, and a detection effect comparable to a highly conductive material is achieved. Further, the gel can be matched to mechanical properties of the brain tissue and can closely fit the cerebral cortex. The excellent biocompatibility thereof can prevent biological rejection. This method not only greatly improves the physiology of traditional electrocorticography, but also is expected to achieve long-term electrocorticography recording so as to achieve more functions.
(FR) L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un hydrogel dans la préparation d'une électrode de détection d'électrocorticographie. La technique d'acquisition d'électrocorticographie utilisant un gel à faible conductivité en tant qu'électrode est initialement créée. Dans l'environnement liquide du cerveau, une conduction électrique est obtenue au moyen d'ions libres dans le gel, le mouvement directionnel des ions forme un courant, et un effet de détection comparable à un matériau hautement conducteur est obtenu. En outre, le gel peut être adapté à des propriétés mécaniques du tissu cérébral et peut s'adapter étroitement au cortex cérébral. L'excellente biocompatibilité de celui-ci peut empêcher un rejet biologique. Ce procédé améliore non seulement la physiologie de l'électrocorticographie classique, mais il est également prévu d'obtenir un enregistrement d'électrocorticographie à long terme de façon à obtenir plus de fonctions.
(ZH) 水凝胶在制备检测脑皮层电图的电极中的应用,首创的使用了低导电性能的凝胶作为电极的脑皮层电图采集技术。该凝胶在大脑液体环境中,通过其游离的离子实现导电,离子的定向移动形成电流,达到了可与高导电材料相媲美的检测效果。同时,凝胶可以与脑组织形成极好的力学性能匹配,可以紧密贴合大脑皮层。其极好的生物相容性可以避免生物排异。这种方法不仅极大的提高了传统脑皮层电图的生理性,而且有望实现长期的脑皮层电图记录,以实现更多功能。
