Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for recycling a waste polyester blended fabric containing natural fibers, comprising placing the waste polyester blended fabric in a water-soluble tertiary amine oxide solution containing an antioxidant to dissolve the natural fibers, so as to form a fiber solution and a solid insoluble material, then recycling the fiber solution to obtain regenerated natural cellulose fiber, and recycling the polyester solid by sequentially adding an ester solvent and a fatty alcohol into the solid insoluble material. The recovering method can separate polyester from other natural fibers, is suitable for all polyester blended fabrics, and has a high recycle rate for polyester and regenerated natural cellulose fibers, and therefore avoids the use of a highly toxic and irritating chemical agent, and the agent used can also be recycled and reused. The recycling method has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, being environmentally friendly, and having a wide application range etc., thus having the potential of industrial application.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de recyclage de déchets d'un tissu mélangé de polyester contenant des fibres naturelles, comprenant la mise en place de déchets d'un tissu mélangé de polyester dans une solution d'oxyde d'amine tertiaire soluble dans l'eau contenant un antioxydant, pour dissoudre les fibres naturelles, de façon à former une solution de fibres et un matériau insoluble solide, puis le recyclage de la solution de fibres pour obtenir une fibre de cellulose naturelle régénérée, et le recyclage du solide polyester par introduction successive, dans le matériau insoluble solide, d'un solvant ester et d'un alcool gras. Le procédé de récupération peut séparer le polyester d'autres fibres naturelles, convient à tous les tissus mélangés de polyester et présente un taux élevé de recyclage du polyester et des fibres de cellulose naturelle régénérée, et évite ainsi l'utilisation d'un agent chimique hautement toxique et irritant, l'agent utilisé pouvant aussi être recyclé et réutilisé. Le procédé de recyclage présente les avantages d'une grande efficacité, d'un faible coût, d'un caractère respectueux de l'environnement, et présente une large gamme d'applications, etc., de sorte qu'il présente un potentiel d'application industrielle.
(ZH) 提供了一种含有天然基纤维的废旧涤纶混纺织物的回收方法,将废旧涤纶混纺织物置于含有抗氧化剂的水溶性叔胺氧化物溶液中,以使天然基纤维溶解形成纤维溶液和固体不溶物,然后回收纤维溶液得到再生天然基纤维素纤维,并且通过向固体不溶物中依次加入酯类溶剂和脂肪醇回收涤纶固体。该回收方法可分离涤纶与其他天然基纤维,适用于所有的涤纶混纺织物,对涤纶与再生天然基纤维素纤维的回收率高,避免了使用毒性大、刺激性大的化学试剂,所使用的试剂还可回收循环利用。该回收方法具有高效率、低成本、环境友好、适用范围广等优点,具有工业化应用的潜力。
