An alarming method for a platelet aggregation sample, comprising the following steps: providing a blood sample; controlling a first reaction condition, preparing the blood sample into a first sample to be tested, acquiring a test signal of the first sample to be tested, and obtaining first platelet test data; controlling a second reaction condition, preparing the blood sample into a second sample to be tested, acquiring a test signal of the second sample to be tested, and obtaining second platelet test data; obtaining an evaluation result based on the first platelet test data and the second platelet test data; determining whether the evaluation result satisfies a predetermined condition; and when the determination result is YES, alarming that the blood sample may be the platelet aggregation sample. The second reaction condition comprises a reaction condition for reducing the degree of platelet aggregation in the blood sample. Further provided are a blood cell analyzer and a nonvolatile computer readable storage medium.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'alarme d'un échantillon à agrégation de plaquettes consistant : à fournir un échantillon de sang ; à commander une première condition de réaction, à préparer l'échantillon de sang dans un premier échantillon à tester, à acquérir un signal de test du premier échantillon à tester, et à obtenir des premières données de test de plaquettes ; à commander une seconde condition de réaction, à préparer l'échantillon de sang dans un second échantillon à tester, à acquérir un signal de test du second échantillon à tester, et à obtenir des deuxièmes données de test de plaquettes ; à obtenir un résultat d'évaluation en fonction des premières données de test de plaquettes et des deuxièmes données de test de plaquettes ; à déterminer si le résultat d'évaluation satisfait une condition prédéterminée ; et si tel est le cas, à signaler que l'échantillon de sang peut être l'échantillon à agrégation de plaquettes. La seconde condition de réaction comprend une condition de réaction permettant de réduire le degré d'agrégation de plaquettes dans l'échantillon de sang. L’invention concerne également un analyseur de cellules sanguines, ainsi qu'un support d'informations lisible par ordinateur non volatile.
