Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for the early detection of gastric cancer by detecting an increase in DNA methylation in the promoter region of microRNA-335-5p in samples obtained non-invasively, preferably in plasma. The method therefore contributes to the early detection of gastric cancer, without invasive procedures, with rapid sample production and results delivery and at lower cost than technologies using diagnostic techniques that are invasive to the human body and the animal body in general.
(FR) L’invention concerne une méthode pour la détection précoce du cancer de l'estomac, par détection de l’augmentation de la méthylation de l'ADN de la région promotrice du microARN-335-5p dans des échantillons prélevés de manière non invasive, de préférence dans du plasma. L’invention s’avère être ainsi un apport pour la détection précoce du cancer de l'estomac, sans interventions invasives, pour l’obtention rapide de l’échantillon et des résultats, et plus économique que les technologies faisant intervenir des techniques de diagnostic invasives pour le corps humain et animal en général.
(ES) La invención apunta a un método para la detección temprana de cáncer gástrico, mediante la detección del aumento de la metilación del ADN de la región promotora del microRNA-335-5p en muestras obtenidas de manera no-invasiva, preferentemente en plasma. Siendo así un aporte para la detección temprana de cáncer gástrico, sin procedimientos invasivos, de rápida obtención de la muestra y de la entrega de los resultados, y de menor costo que las tecnologías que emplean técnicas de diagnóstico invasivas al cuerpo humano y animal en general. 1
