Abstract:
(EN) The present invention describes a system and method for measuring, capable of determining the load volume of ore transported in the hopper of a mining truck, while the truck travels as part of an ore mining process. The measuring system can determine the degree of fragmentation of the material transported by the truck, to be able to determine precisely the quantity of ore that will be obtained from said load once processed, thereby optimising travel times during measuring. Additionally, the measuring system allows the existence of uncrushable metallic elements that may be accidentally transported in the load to be determined.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de mesure permettant de déterminer le volume de chargement de minerai transporté dans la trémie d'un camion d'extraction, alors que le camion se déplace dans son processus d'extraction de minerai. Le système de mesure permet de déterminer le degré de fragmentation du matériau transporté par le camion avec pour objectif de pouvoir déterminer de manière précise la quantité de minerai qui sera obtenue de ce chargement après avoir été traité, tout en optimisant les temps de déplacement durant la mesure. En outre, le système de mesure permet de déterminer l’existence d’éléments métalliques non broyables qui peuvent être transportés de manière accidentelle dans le chargement.
(ES) La presente invención describe un sistema y método de medición capaz de determinar el volumen de carga de mineral transportado en la tolva de un camión de extracción, mientras el camión se desplaza como parte de un proceso de extracción de mineral. El sistema de medición es capaz de determinar el grado de fragmentación del material transportado por el camión con el fin de poder determinar de manera precisa la cantidad de mineral que se obtendrá de dicha carga después de ser procesada, optimizando los tiempos de desplazamiento durante la medición. Adicionalmente, el sistema de medición permite determinar la existencia de elementos metálicos inchancables que puedan ser transportados de manera accidental en la carga.
