Abstract

A remote robot monitoring system. It has a remote data server; a remote user interface; a robot with a general-purpose processor programmable by program-code instructions; and computer- readable memory in communication with and accessible by the general-purpose processor, including: robot-task program code comprising instructions for execution by the processor to control functioning of the robot to perform a task; and robot monitoring program code distinct from the robot-task program code, wherein the robot monitoring program code is configured as a plug-in to the robot-task program code, the robot monitoring program code including: a data reception module to receive robot performance data; and remote data transmission program code to establish a connection with the remote data server to receive the robot performance data and transmit robot monitoring data according to the robot performance data to the remote data server.

Système de contrôle de robot à distance. Il comporte un serveur de données à distance ; une interface utilisateur à distance ; un robot doté d'un processeur d'usage général programmable par des instructions de code de programme ; et une mémoire lisible par ordinateur en communication avec le processeur d'usage général et accessible par celui-ci, comprenant : un code de programme de tâche de robot comprenant des instructions pour exécution par le processeur pour commander le fonctionnement du robot afin qu'il effectue une tâche ; et un code de programme de contrôle de robot distinct du code de programme de tâche de robot, le code de programme de contrôle de robot ayant la configuration d'un module d'extension au code de programme de tâche de robot, le code de programme de contrôle de robot comprenant : un module de réception de données pour recevoir des données de performance de robot ; et un code de programme de transmission de données à distance pour établir une connexion avec le serveur de données à distance afin de recevoir les données de performance de robot et transmettre des données de contrôle de robot en fonction des données de performance de robot au serveur de données à distance.
