Abstract:
(EN) Method for obtaining a power conductor of closed tubular profile form and a busbar of closed tubular profile form, which relates to a conducting busbar suitable for high alternating currents, having a closed tubular profile, greater rigidity and obtained by means of a profiling method, and also the steps for manufacturing the conducting busbar for obtaining a closed tubular profile, in which the electrical conductivity of said busbar is higher than a solid extruded profile of the same format, thereby resulting in a saving in terms of material and a technical gain.
(FR) L'invention, intitulée « Procédé d’obtention de conducteur d’énergie sous forme de profilé tubulaire et bus sous forme de profilé tubulaire », concerne un bus conducteur à proprement parler pour courants alternatifs élevés, présentant un profilé tubulaire fermé à rigidité accrue, obtenu au moyen d’un procédé de profilage. L'invention concerne également les étapes de fabrication du bus conducteur en vue de l'obtention d’un profilé fermé tubulaire, la conductivité électrique dudit bus étant supérieure à celle d’un profilé extrudé massif de même forme, d’où une économie de matériau et un gain technique.
(PT) Processo de obtenção de condutor de energia em perfil fechado tubular e barramento em perfil fechado tubular, que se refere a um barramento condutor próprio para altas correntes alternadas, contendo um perfil tubular fechado, com maior rigidez, obtido por processo de perfilamento, bem como as etapas de manufatura do barramento condutor para obtenção de um perfil fechado tubular, onde a condutividade elétrica deste referido barramento é superior a um perfil extrudado maciço de mesmo formato, resultando, assim, em economia de material e ganho técnico.
