Abstract:
(EN) A new modular battery model for a temperature management and monitoring system, which has a physical mechanical array of lithium-ion cells for use in individual battery management systems (BMSs), offering an integrated heat/electrical power management solution for electrical mobility, applied in the field of smart batteries for supplying a defined charge for a specified period of time, with management and monitoring of temperature, being capable of providing power to an electrical system of up to 48V with adjustable capacity, measuring the voltage at the terminals of each component cell, identifying the under- and overvoltage conditions, measuring the current between the cells and identifying excess current and short-circuit conditions in the system, and further monitoring the temperature in the cells, identifying conditions of too low and too high a temperature and detecting defects in the monitoring of the internal temperature of the battery, being able therewith to form arrays of up to 14 cells, focusing on the individual charge of each cell.
(FR) L'invention concerne un novueau modèle de batterie modulaire pour système de gestion et de surveillance de température, possédant un agencement physico-mécanique de cellules lithium-ion à utiliser dans des systèmes BMS (Battery Management Systems) individuels, présentant une solution de gestion thermique et électrique intégrée pour mobilité électrique, trouvant une application dans le domaine des batteries intelligentes pour alimenter une charge définie pendant une période spécifiée, avec gestion et surveillance de la température, capable de fournir de l’énergie à un système électrique jusqu’à un niveau de 48V avec capacité ajustable, mesurant la tension au niveau des bornes de chaque cellule constituante, identifiant les conditions de sous-tension et de surtension, mesurant le courant entre les cellules et identifiant les conditions de courant excessif et de court-circuit du système, surveillant en outre la température dans les cellules, identifiant les conditions de sous-température et de température excessive, et détectant les défaillances de surveillance de la température interne de la batterie, cette dernière pouvant former des agencements pouvant comprendre jusqu’à 14 cellules, avec pour objectif la charge individuelle de chaque cellule.
(PT) Novo modelo de Bateria modular para sistema de gerenciamento e de monitoramento de temperatura, a qual possui um arranjo físico mecânico de células lítio-íon para ser utilizado em sistemas BMSs (Battery Management Systems) individuais, apresentando uma solução de gerenciamento térmico e elétrico integrada para mobilidade elétrica, aplicada na área de baterias inteligentes destinada a alimentar uma carga definida durante um período de tempo especificado, com gerenciamento e monitoramento da temperatura, sendo capaz de fornecer energia para um sistema elétrico de até 48V com capacidade ajustável, medindo a tensão nos terminais de cada célula componente, identificando as condições de sub e sobretensão, medindo a corrente entre as células e identificando condições de sobrecorrente e de curto- circuito do sistema, e ainda monitorando a temperatura nas células identificando as condições de sub e sobretemperatura e detectando falhas de monitoramento da temperatura interna da bateria, com a mesma podendo formar arranjos de até 14 células, com o foco na carga individual de cada célula.
