Abstract:
(EN) A three-dimensional (3D) ultra-low power neuromorphic accelerator is described. The 3D ultra-low power neuromorphic accelerator includes a power manager as well as multiple tiers. The 3D ultra-low power neuromorphic accelerator also includes multiple cores defined on each tier and coupled to the power manager. Each core includes at least a processing element, a non-volatile memory, and a communications module.
(FR) L'invention concerne un accélérateur neuromorphique à ultra-faible consommation tridimensionnel (3D). L'accélérateur neuromorphique à ultra-faible consommation 3D comprend un gestionnaire d'énergie ainsi que de multiples niveaux. L'accélérateur neuromorphique à ultra-faible consommation 3D comprend également de multiples cœurs définis à chaque niveau et couplés au gestionnaire d'énergie. Chaque cœur comprend au moins un élément de traitement, une mémoire non volatile et un module de communication.
