Abstract:
(EN) Devices and techniques for NAND cell encoding to improve data integrity are disclosed herein. A high-temperature indicator is obtained and a write operation is received. The write operation is then performed on a NAND cell using a modified encoding in response to the high-temperature indicator. The modified encoding includes a reduced number of voltage distribution positions from an unmodified encoding without changing voltage distribution widths, where each voltage distribution corresponds to a discrete set of states an encoding.
(FR) L'invention concerne des dispositifs et des techniques de codage de cellules NON-ET afin d'améliorer l'intégrité des données. Un indicateur de température élevée est obtenu et une opération d'écriture est reçue. L'opération d'écriture est ensuite effectuée sur une cellule NON-ET à l'aide d'un codage modifié en réponse à l'indicateur de température élevée. Le codage modifié comprend un nombre réduit de positions de distribution de tension à partir d'un codage non modifié sans changer les largeurs de distribution de tension, chaque distribution de tension correspondant à un ensemble discret d'états d'un codage.
